Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at catherine@rcwveterans.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

It’s a place in Corby where veterans and their families can come to take a breather.

No formality. No pressure.
Just a space to sit down, have a chat, and feel like yourself again.

Veterans and their families first and foremost.

The wider community also uses the space, which helps keep everything running and available for those who need it.

No.

Members of the public can book treatments and attend sessions too.
That’s what helps us offer free support to veterans and their families.

If you’re a veteran or a family member, no.

Everything is free at the point of need.
It’s funded through community bookings, donations, and grants.

 Nothing complicated.

  • A place to meet others
  • A chance to switch off for a bit
  • Things like massage, meditation, and small group sessions
  • Monthly brunches to just sit, eat, and talk

Take what you need. Leave what you don’t.

No.

This isn’t a clinical service.
It’s a space for wellbeing and connection.

If you need more specialist support, we’ll help point you in the right direction.

Simple.

A brew, some food, and a room full of people who get it.
No pressure to talk. No expectations. Just turn up.

When someone from the public books a treatment, it helps fund the space.

So while they’re looking after themselves, they’re also helping you and your family access support when you need it.

For most sessions, yes.

It just helps us keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets the time and space they need.

4 Tunwell Lane in Corby Old Village.

Quiet spot. Easy to get to.
Doesn’t feel like a clinic… because it isn’t one. It's a cottage.

If you’re part of the community:

  • Book a session
  • Spread the word
  • Donate if you can

If you’re a veteran:

  • Turn up
  • Bring someone with you if you want
  • Use the space however suits you

That’s normal.

Most people feel like that the first time.
No pressure. Just come down, have a brew, and see what you think.
